Clover Hill
Established in 1986 with the singular purpose of making Australia's finest sparkling wine, Clover Hill has fulfilled that ambition with consistent distinction. Located in the Pipers River region of northern Tasmania — widely regarded as Australia's finest sparkling wine country — the estate's single-vineyard Méthode Traditionnelle is regularly cited as a benchmark alongside the world's great sparkling wines. The cool maritime climate, basalt-derived soils and meticulous extended tirage produce sparkling wines of extraordinary finesse, structure and ageing potential.
